Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on 02/23/2023 found that One You Love Homecare Huntingdon Valley had corrected the deficiency cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart A, Chapter 51. The deficiency was cited as a result of a onsite survey completed on 12/11/2023.

Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a relicensure survey completed on 12/11/2023.
